This short documentary is an intimate portrayal of the life of Anayat, my grandmother, who is currently living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. It aims to give the viewer a sense of understanding and empathy by putting them in her shoes, so they can see the world through her eyes and how it differs from their perspective, as well as give them a glimpse of the daily struggles she goes through. The documentary explores her experiences and how the disease affects her daily life, from communication and memory loss to anxiety and confusion.
